Why working with an ICE Mortgage Technology Partner is important

Hi, my name is Larry Bailey. I'm the CEO of Mortgage Workflow Partners. I just wanted to share this quick video for an explanation of why you should work with a partner of Ice Mortgage Technologies. Mortgage Workflow Partners is a premier member of the ICE Mortgage Technology™ Consulting Partner program.

And this isn't just a badge, it actually is a very significant piece of information. If you're running your company and you're not working with a partner of ICE Mortgage Technology™ and you're allowing them into your Encompass® environment, whether that be for technology solutions or consulting solutions or help desk solutions you certainly can do whatever you want, it's your company.

But I will tell you that if there is a problem and you need to reach out to ICE Mortgage Technology™ for support, because your partner, first of all can't because they're not a partner, so they can't actually reach out directly to ICE for their contacts to help elevate your issue or even try to resolve and collaborate with ICE to resolve your issue. But also the problem is when you get ahold of your ICE rep, they're going ask you, well, who are you working with? Who built this technology? Who's working with you for support? Where are you getting this information from?

So this isn't about anything other than making sure you've got the best way to get to your best successful outcome and making sure that, that the technology that you're implementing and the workflows that you're implementing and the knowledge that you're implementing into your company has been vetted and is well suited for your success and is collaborative with the partner that you've chosen as your loan origination software.
