The Encompass 22.3 Major Release will be released to your test environment the evening of Saturday, September 17th, 2022.
Highlights of the Encompass 22.3 Major Release include:
Desktop version:
GSE Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA) and Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS) enhancements:
· Ability to itemize credits on URLA 2020 forms, providing lenders with a more efficient and streamlined loan application and AUS reporting experience.
· Support for Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter’s median credit score calculation.
· A new Homeownership Education section is available on the 1003 URLA form, enabling lenders to complete the mandatory FNMA SCIF (Supplemental Customer Information) form by March of 2023.
Improved integrations with AllRegs and AIQ:
· Ability to access the AllRegs Search tool within the desktop version, providing users with a more seamless, unified, and efficient way to access and review investor guidelines.
· Ability to access AIQ Analyzers natively in the desktop version of Encompass, providing users the ability to analyze, calculate, and import borrower income more efficiently.
Support for the new 4506-C Request for Transcript of Tax form:
· New input form to support the creation of collection of data required for the new 4506-C Request for Transcript of Tax form, enabling lenders to test and prepare prior to the December 1st, 2022 mandatory use deadline.
Access to web version admin settings
· Ability to access web version admin settings from natively in the desktop version, providing Admins with an easier and more efficient way to configure and manage service providers, service orders and task-based workflows.
