Too many banks, credit unions, and independent mortgage companies are limited in their choices of service providers based on affordability and their technology choices, especially regarding the cost of critically needed plug-ins. Now it is time to address the SDK and the API plugin market. It is unacceptable to pay the same amount for a plugin if you are closing ten loans versus another company with the same plugin closing 100 or 1000 loans. This is what is broken and what must change.
