Scope of the Engagement:

·       A Complete Workflow Review (from Lead through Accounting), with a written recommendation report summarizing our findings

·       An Encompass® Platform Review of settings and configurations. This will focus on the settings included in the Settings Overview of the desktop version of Encompass®.

·       All recorded meetings, notes, and files will be retained and made available on the Client Portal
