I wanted to share a solution I found for a common problem that our client, a credit union, was facing with their HELOC product. Specifically, we were struggling to get the balloon check box to check in the field [1659].

After researching and testing, we found that using the input form builder and putting the field there was the cleanest and most obvious solution. This may not always work, but it did in this case, and I wanted to pass along the information since I couldn't find any answers elsewhere.
