Larry Bailey first dreamt up how to build workshops for Encompass® in 2012 while working as an Implementation Project Manager for EllieMae, now ICE Mortgage Technology. He used those workshops to simultaneously implement dozens of new clients, all of whom were successful. The way that people learn is diverse, and the methods to ensure that each person is learning while they are working, or preparing to work, need to be flexible, dynamic, and long-lasting. He knew how to make a difference and trained hundreds of clients, many of whom are still using Encompass® successfully today.
