ICE Mortgage Technology™ will be releasing the Encompass 22.3 December Service Pack on the evening of Saturday, December 17th. Below are the highlights of the upcoming enhancements.

December Service Pack release highlights:  

• FHA County Loan Limits for 2023: 

·       The URL for the 2023 FHA County Loan Limits table is now provided and selected by default, making it easier to apply the new limits to applicable loans.  

• FHFA Maximum Conforming Loan Limits for 2023: 

·       The FHFA Maximum Conforming Loan Limits for 2023 have been incorporated into the Encompass Conventional County Limit tables. These changes will be effective on January 1, 2023. 

• Request for Transcript of Tax input form: 

·       Icons on the Request for Transcript of Tax input form are now working correctly when copying data to or from the input form.  

• HMDA reporting: 

·       An update has been made to the way the HMDA interest rate is populated on the HMDA Information input form for HELOC loans with an introductory interest rate.  

·       Negative income is now correctly captured and rounded on the Income field (field ID HHMDA.X32) on the HMDA Information input form. 

• Underwriting Condition Details in eFolder: 

·       An issue regarding Underwriting Condition Details in the eFolder not being saved in specific scenarios has been resolved, preventing data loss from description and Tracking check box selections.  

• Buydown data entered on the URLA or RegZ: 

·       Buydown data is now populated in the Lock Request snapshot without the need to first open the Lock Request Form or save the loan.
