Did you do what you thought you were going to do this year?

There is no way you did what you planned on doing this year. You either did more, less, or something entirely different…guaranteed! So the next step is to review what happened and your new plans for 2023. In 2021 and 2022, I spent a lot of time thinking about how to make the most significant impact while ensuring I could continue to do what I told clients we would do.

In 2022, my main goals were set, as shown below, but the results were far beyond what I expected.

  1. Advertise Mortgage Workflow Partners into the public space (we began advertising in May 2022)

  2. Earn the trust of at least three new clients with paid engagements (we earned 11 so far as of this post)

  3. Create a solvent and ongoing enterprise to help as many people as possible (we did this)

  4. Create a platform to be client-facing to contain the following: (all accomplished)

    1. An Encompass® community and Knowledge Base

    2. Educational Content

    3. Support Resources for Encompass® Users and Administrators

    4. Collaborative Project Management

    5. Ticket Platform with email/text/chat/call channels available

  5. Establish a tagline for the company that is relatable and meaningful (“Workflow comes before Technology”)

  6. Become a Partner with ICE Mortgage Technology™ (we are a Premier Member of the ICE Mortgage Technology™ Consulting Partner Program)

  7. Set Mortgage Workflow Partners to be an exhibitor at the ICE Experience 2023 (we are at kiosk #11 at the event)

  8. Establish a company built to last a lifetime and then some (we are off to a great start)

For 2023, my main goals are to:

  1. Add 2 more Team Member Partners to Mortgage Workflow Partners Inc.

  2. Refine the process of how we help our clients

  3. Continue to expand our knowledge-sharing initiatives with the Encompass® community

  4. Expand our reach as a company into more areas of the country

  5. Establish dates and locations of our regional meet-ups for users and administrators of Encomapss®

  6. Announce 2-3 new collaboration partnerships to help ensure that the best and most appropriate technology is available for all budgets

  7. Company trip to Hawaii

  8. Earn the trust of at least 20 new clients with paid engagements

  9. Use our Admin Incubator® service to help create a new career for at least five people who want to become an Encompass® administrator

  10. Migrate at least ten companies into a Hybrid eClose through Encompass®

Thank you to all that have made our goals in 2022 a reality. I cannot wait to work with as many people as possible to make 2023’s goal a reality by this time next year.
